The breakfast was absolutely excellent and varied, including the option of warm food. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to a tram stop with easy access to trams and buses.- A large art museum was just 2 km away from the hotel.

Very delicious breakfast with a huge selection including pancake machine, smoothies, salad, fresh fruit, .. here you can strengthen for the day and spend a lot of time

The staff in the service and at the front desk was mostly very rude and arrogant. Is that the Düsseldorf charm? The showers in the sauna were unfortunately always from lukewarm to hot, cold water did not work. Despite explicit advertising for quiet room it was very noisy.

Comfortable bed and peaceful room, so we had a good night's sleep 😴.

Convenient location in a lovely area, super close to where you need to be, like the terminal, main train station, and the airport 🚅. Comfortable vibes and just the right setting for a good stay here!

I like this hotel because it has really good access to the city center (10 mins by Tram) and the tram is just passing at the door of the hotel. I like the room service and the food in there is quite good. Also the rooms / bed / minibar are quite good and if you get the superior room you get free minibar.

Only bad thing about this hotel is also a good thing. Its just next to the Tram line so if you are a light sleeper you might wake up while the Tram is passing by (ends at 00:00 and starts again at 5:30). For me was not a problem or if you are light sleeper bring ear plugs to avoid the noise. Its not deafening... but its there. Also ask a room facing the other way (not the Tram line and main street).

Thoroughly enjoyed our perfectly pleasant stay for two nights. The hotel location was exceptionally nice close to the city center.- We were close to S-Bahn station and U71 tram, the local transport and shops and food.
